Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Best-Power B591CP1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bodine products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bodine parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Blue-M product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bodine such as the 34R4BFCIZ2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 526XTFK0012 manufactured by Bodine and we are pleased to be able to service most Bodine systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BM118500 by Manufacturer Blue-M as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bestobell Brand MSP9031 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bevco such as SD300 equipment made by Bevco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bevco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bevco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 34R4BFCI3F made by Bodine as well as the popular EP660 original spares produced by Bivator

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 42X5BEPME2 by Bodine and SD300 spares by Bevco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CFR200230G83000001CFR200PV017 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Big-Sky-Laser.
